A seamstress for many years, I began weaving and dyeing in 1998. This has led me in many directions, most recently clothing, accessories and wall art. Silk is my fabric of choice and lends itself to the many dyeing techniques I employ. I am a past member of the Fiber Studio at VisArts and The Potomac Fiber Arts Gallery at the Torpedo Factory. Presently, I’m a member of the Potomac Fiber Arts Guild and the Weaving Guild of Greater Baltimore.
