We are thrilled to announce a new Artists & Makers Studios location coming to South San Gabriel Boulevard in sunny San Gabriel, California! Construction is nearly complete and our signage will guide you to our new location. The San Gabriel site joins our flagship operation in Rockville, Maryland, and the Oro Valley, Arizona location – housing a host of artistic and maker practices in 36 studios. Our state-of-the-art brand new studios offer light-industrial HVAC, spacious floorplans with high ceilings, 9508 sq ft of space and so many made-for-artists perks!
Two floors filled with a wide variety of studio floorplans, and a gorgeous gallery and community space will create an engaging and dynamic environment for your creative practice – along with a dedicated classroom/workshop space.

***Hello! We are so excited that the building is almost ready. The construction company is cleaning up punchlist items from the final walk-through, and are also installing two public art projects for the building. Our new manager cannot wait to start touring people through the building. We have kept studio pricing as reasonable as possible, and hope that lots of artists will find this project to be a great option!

In order to rent a studio we will ask for images of current work, a resume/bio, a $50 app fee, $300 deposit, and liability insurance with A&M named as an additional insured as detailed in our paperwork.
