Artists & Makers Studios in Oro Valley Hosts Returning Artist Dennis Wunsch for the Month of September with his Exhibit “Drawing from Memory”
(Oro Valley, AZ) – Artists & Makers Studios on North Oracle Road in Oro Valley hosts artist and illustrator Dennis Wunsch in the galleries for the exhibit “Drawing from Memory” along with Open Studios. His artwork will be on display from September 2 through September 30, 2023. The Opening Reception is Saturday September 9th from 1-3pm. Dennis has been creating artwork for many years, both professionally for advertising and as an editorial illustrator – and for his own fine art pieces. His art styles range from large abstract paintings to smaller, detailed representational illustrations, created as both traditional and digital works. Dennis doesn’t create visuals while studying elements directly. Most of his work is conceptual and stems from memory and trying to convey specific ideas via his art – thus the title “Drawing from Memory”. This exhibit will focus on his illustrative style, and includes recent works and a few from years ago. A portion of all artwork sold during this exhibition will be donated to Southwest Oasis Labrador Rescue (SOLR) by both Artists & Makers Studios, and the artist.
