Artist’s Statement: the process of creating art keeps me grounded, stops time, knows no bounds, ideas become tangible and filled with light, while I learn, explore and experiment. I am most happy when I am creating.

Bachelor of Fine Art degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, focus on photography, printmaking and graphic design, 1994

Teaching:

Elementary Art School Teacher in Deland, FL, 2001-2004

Owner of Sara Hitchcock’s School of Art in Oshkosh, WI, teaching classes in many mediums to children and adults, 1994-2001.

Recent Exhibits:

University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Sesquicentennial Exhibition – juried exhibit for past alumni and staff, November 2021.

A Place to Hold, an Invitational to participant in a group printmaking project. The prints were exhibited in Art Space Collective in Oshkosh, WI and several other galleries in the state, 2019.
