We are thrilled to announce a new Artists & Makers Studios location is now open on South San Gabriel Boulevard in sunny San Gabriel, California! Construction is complete, two gorgeous public art projects by David K. Schafer and Jay Yan are installed, and our signage will guide you to our new location. The San Gabriel site joins our flagship operation in Rockville, Maryland, and the Oro Valley, Arizona location – housing a host of artistic and maker practices in 35 studios and a dedicated classroom. Our state-of-the-art brand new studios offer light-industrial HVAC, spacious floorplans with high ceilings, 9508 sq ft of space and so many made-for-artists perks!

Two floors filled with a wide variety of studio floorplans, and a gorgeous gallery and community space create an engaging and dynamic environment for your creative practice – along with a dedicated classroom/workshop space.
